Edible Wild Food - Karen Stephenson teaches people about wild plants as an alternative food source. Not only are many of the plants (ie; weeds) a great source of food, most wild plants are more nutritious than grocery store purchased food. People who incorporate wild plants into their diet feel better and even better - this is free food.
